<LI>Led the Committee through the formative stages of Family Health Teams (FHTs) development including, but not limited to: establishing the not-for-profit corporate entity that is now responsible for managing the FHTs; formalizing governance, banking and legal arrangements (e.g., by-laws) and preparing the Development Grant Agreement; <LI>Assumed the lead role preparing a comprehensive community development-based approach to strategic and program planning; and <LI>Contributed to the preparation of the Business and Operating Plans.</LI></UL></FONT></STRONG></FONT></FONT></FONT></FONT></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></FONT></BODY></HTML>
