Heather Anne Campbell,
Managing Director of The Duffy
Group, is a
graduate of the University of Toronto's Master of Health Science
Program. Prior to establishing her firm in September 1995, she
worked as an administrator in both institutional and community health
settings. Previously, Heather was employed as a planner and
management consultant, assigned to work on domestic and overseas projects
for both the health care and executive search practices of two large
Toronto-based international consulting firms.
An experienced, innovative, proactive
and values-based health administrator and consultant, Heather is known to
be a practical, highly organized and effective communicator with excellent
listening skills and writing abilities. Skilled in collaborative
management, she excels at coaching, instructing, and group
facilitation.
Heather has a strong interest in rural health issues, primary health care renewal, inter organizational collaboration, alternate models of governance, quality, organizational excellence assessment, process improvement, home care and specialized geriatric services. In her other life, she is an
avid traveler and keen outdoor enthusiast who has hiked and bird-watched
extensively in North, Central and South America and Southern
